Meta bots can't fix this problem. I and friends keep telling Meta that my account was stolen. I put a box around my account name. My FB account for years has been addressable as https://www/facebook.com/bobweberbos

Person who controls my account is demanding $1,000. The person has been running the "let me help you apply for grants" scam.
