I am on my 3rd patent with a very young examiner and some office actions...the 10 things that effect patent value are right on!

I have one more if I may--you will undoubtedly expand on this of course.

11. One must evaluate the roi on the patent and make sure that the claims of the invention can withstand litigation. Does the cost of the Ip make sense for furthering your businesses goals?
