In our role as finders, we locate patents of interest to those in relevant businesses, patent licensing firms, patent assertion firms, and to litigators. In our role as brokers, we help patent owners license their IP. We also facilitate the sale of patents to interested parties. On behalf of patent owners, we may also work with patent assertion firms, including contingency fee patent litigators.
Substantive Areas of Interest
We are interested in large and small portfolios of issued patents and pending patent applications. Substantive focus areas are always evolving as markets and technologies evolve. Generally speaking, we are interested in LEDs, software, business methods, semiconductors, nanotechnology, wireless, consumer electronics, networking, games and gaming consoles, biotechnology tools, and medical devices. We do not deal with chemistry-based patents including pharmaceuticals or with consumer products other than consumer electronics.
